During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, date of birth, and any other information aa44 may request. All information submitted must be truthful, accurate, and complete. aa44 reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents, proof of address, or payment verification at any stage.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on aa44. Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) delivered to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your sole responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify aa44 support immediately at [email protected]. aa44 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending resolution. aa44 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.

• Account names and registered mobile numbers cannot be transferred to another person.
• aa44 may suspend or close an account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms.
• Players wishing to close their account may do so at any time by contacting support. Pending bets will be settled before the account is formally closed.
• Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 or the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

aa44 accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits — including deposits from payment accounts belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in a manner that gives an unfair advantage.
